Original engine and trans. 59,600 documented miles. Engine professionally rebuilt and modified with engine break in on the Dynamometer. 400 hp. All new custom interior, emberglo pony seats. Repainted the original rare Emberglo color. Only 400 of these cars were made. All docs, photos, parts from restore and previous owner documents available.
Approx 4,000 miles since the rebuild. This car has a been well cared for its entire life. Always garaged, no winters, and rust free. Professionally built engine with full photo documentation of the process. The running engine was removed at 56,000 miles, block was sand blasted, prepped and bored. Now a 333 cubic inch, balanced with a dyno break in (dyno sheets available). Engine was painted ford blue and built with and Edelbrock RPM top end kit, aluminum heads, intake, matching 600 cfm carb, matching cam, water pump and mechanical fuel pump. Internals are scat pistons, Eagle rods, new oil pan with Windage screen, new radiator with overflow tank and new 100 amp alternator. Patriot Tri-y ceramic coated headers into Magnaflow X pipe and stainless exhaust. Engine bay was stripped and repainted. The number matching 3 speed was rebuilt and has a 1967 shift kit with a new rear Auburn differential with Posi-traction and 3:50 gears in the original housing.
Interior was stripped, Dyna-mat installed everywhere, and new underlayment with sound deadener on top of that. New Emberglo carpet and floor mats (2 sets). The front and rear seats were stripped to frames, repainted, new burlap and foam then covered in TMI Emberglo/Parchment pony seat covers with the running horses and headsets. We custom color dyed the dash in Emberglo also, added custom 3-gage pod to the top of the dash (clock, tach, battery gauges) which retains the factory defroster vents. We added Rosewood wood grain inserts to dash, glove box door and shifter top. A custom TMI full length custom center console and custom door panels. Steering is improved with a Grand wood stirring wheel on a Flaming River tilt column into a new Borgson power steering unit. Custom Auto Sound head unit with 3 way Infinity Kappa speakers in color matched kick panels and Infinity Kappa 3-way 6x9’s in rear package tray also color matched, connected to an Infinity amp mounted in the trunk. Metal plate installed behind the back seat. Battery relocated to center of the trunk, with hidden kill switch.
All new upgraded suspension with a 2” Shelby drop, Open-tracker roller bearing upper and lower control arms, sub frame connectors, Gateway roller bearing leaf springs, with Elelbrock shocks. New BF Goodrich radial TA’s on 15x18 Styled steel wheels fill the wheel wells and provide plenty of traction. Rear of car was dropped an inch to give a subtle lowered look. New front power disc breaks, SSBC with new dual reservoir and proportioning valve, and new rear drum breaks. Entire bottom side of car detailed and undercoated for protection and sound deadening. All new fuel lines, brake lines, trans lines and a new gas tank. New GT fog lights, new custom halogen headlights, new LED turn signals, break lights and reverse lights are a huge improvement over stock.
